Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 - 2 pounds chicken (I prefer thighs)
1, 14 ounce can chicken broth
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 large yellow onion, chopped
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put broth into a large skillet, along with bouillon, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chopped onion and chicken and cook on medium heat to medium-high heat for 1/2 hour, uncovered. Turn chicken over. Cook 1/2 hour longer. Take chicken out, keeping sauce on medium heat. Pull chicken apart to bite-size pieces, debone, and remove skin. Turn up heat on sauce and bring to a full boil. Meanwhile, stir 2 tablespoons flour into 8 ounces of water and stir until smooth. Slowly pour mixture into sauce, stirring constantly. Turn heat down to low and add sour cream. Stir until smooth. Put cut-up chicken back in pan. Heat on medium heat about 15 minutes.

Serve with noodles, spaetzle, or rice.
