2C. Sugar
1/2 C. Butter
1/2 C. Shortening
2 Eggs
Pinch Salt
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 C. Sweet Milk
4tsp. Soda
5C. Flour enough to make stiff
Filling
2T.Flour
2C.Raisins
1 C. Sugar
1 C. water & cook to fill cookies

Roll dough thin & cut two put filling in the middle & put cookie on top. Spread 1tsp.full of filling on cookie. (I think she is talking about using circle cookie cutters,then a spoonful of filling & put a second on top.)
