4 C of shredded hash browns (frozen)
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 C sour cream
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tsp. olive oil
4 Boneless Pork Loin Chops (thawed)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix together hash browns, cheese, sour cream, butter and garlic powder in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil lin large ovenproof skillet over medium high heat. Season chops with salt and pepper on each side.
Add chops and sear 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove chops from pan and place potato mixture in skillet. Place pork chops on top.
Transfer skillet to oven and bake 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
