7 cups rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour or other grain, i.e. corn meal, wheat bran, rye, etc., according to what you have on hand
1 cup wheat germ
½ to 1 cup coconut, shredded
½ to 1 cup nuts
½ to 1 cup seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, etc.)
½ cup water
½ cup peanut butter
1 cup honey
½ cup oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Mix oats, grains, coconut, nuts, and seeds in bowl; set aside. In a blender, mix water, peanut butter, honey, oil, salt and vanilla. Pour peanut mixture onto oat mixture and stir to blend. Grease or line flat cake pans with parchment paper. Bake at 200º for 1½ to 2 hours or until golden brown, stirring every 20 minutes. You can add raisins, dates, and other dried fruits once it is out of the oven. Store in a covered container.
