2 32 oz fat free reduced sodium vegetable broth, or reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 cup(s) fresh spinach, (baby leaves)
2 15 1/2 oz can(s) canned cannellini beans, (rinsed and drained)
1 1/2cup(s) fresh tomato(es), diced
3 diced chicken breasts or 2 can of all white meat chicken
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Combine broth, beans, chicken, spinach, tomatoes & garlic and heat until boiling.
Simmer over a low heat for 1 hr.
Serve sprinkled with cheese.
