Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
6 Veal steaks
cup flour
3 Tbls olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 can tomatoes drained
2 Tbls copped parsley
1 Can mushrooms (or pound fresh mushrooms)
Salt & Sepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge steaks in seasoned flour.

Heat oil in heavy skillet, add crushed garlic and brown.
Add chops and brown on both sides. Add mushrooms.

Cook 5 - 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, mushrooms liquid and parsley
Simmer gently until steaks are tender
Serve with Pasta of choice
