2 pounds of 2 inch cubes of beef
1 cup onion sliced ¼ inch thick
3 cloves garlic
1½ Tbls brown sugar
¼ cup chopped parsley
½ bay leaf
½ tsp thyme
1 Tbls salt
1 can beef broth or consume
1 cup beer
1 Tbls Red Wine Vinegar
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge meat cubs in ½ cup flour.
Brown meat in ¼ cup oil - several pieces at a time.
Place in casserole dish and add onion on top of meat

In remaining oil, brown garlic and add brown sugar, parsley, bay leaf, thyme, salt and beef broth or consume and beer.
Mix well and pour over meat and onions.

Cover and bake 325º for 2½ hours.
Uncover and add 1 Tbls Red wine Vinegar.
Return to oven until bubbly.
