1½ - 2 pounds of stew meat
6 slices bacon
1 jar boiled onions
½ cup red wine
1 can Golden Cream of Mushroom soup
4 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
In the pressure cooker, cook the bacon and brown beef chunks in bacon grease.
Add soup, mushrooms, meat & wine into Pressure Cooker. Close the cooker and bring to pressure.

Cook 10-12 minutes, then open the Pressure Cooker and add onions.

Serve over buttered egg noodles with bacon crumbled on the top.
