1 lb chicken or pork (cubed)
2 cups rice noodles
3 stalks celery
¼ head cabbage
3 carrots
½ onion
5 cloves garlic (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil meat and set broth aside.
Soak rice noodles in warm water 5-8 min and strain.

Fry meat and vegetables; set aside

Boil 2-3 cups broth, season, add soy sauce and rice noodles.
When noodles are done, add vegetable and meat and stir.
