1 lb sausage
2 slices bread (cubed)
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook & drain sausage.

Beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper & mustard.

Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in 9 x 13 dish.
Pour egg mixture on top.
Refrigerate overnight

Bake at 350º for 40 minutes
Sprinkle a little cheese on top and serve
