1 cup raw rice
4 Pork Chops
1 tsp salt
1 can liquid onion soup
½ can water

Directions:
Directions:
Trim any fat off of pork chops. Salt & Pepper chops
Put pork fat into skillet until grease collects.
Brown chops on both sides.
In a casserole dish, put uncooked rice, salt, soup and water
Lay chops on top. Seal tightly with foil.

Cook at 325º for 1 hour
