1 bunch of green onions
2 6½-oz jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 clove garlic
4 eggs beaten
8-oz grated medium cheddar cheese
6 crackers rolled or garlic bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Finely mince onions.
Cut artichokes in thirds and save some of oil.
Saute onions & garlic and add remaining ingredients.

Bake in greased 9 x 9” dish at 350º for 40 minutes

Serves 4 as main dish
