2 10-oz packages chopped broccoli (or spinich)
2 pounds fish filets
½ cup minc ed onions
½ stick butter
2 Tbls flour
1 cup milk
½ tsp salt
2 Tbls lemon juice
3 Tbls melted butter
2 cups sharp cheese
Paprika
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli (or spinach) and drain well.

Cook onions in 2 Tbls of butter until clear. Add broccoli.
Place in 2½ quart shallow baking dish.

In a sauce pan, Melt 2 Tbls butter. Add 2 Tbls flour and slowly add milk.
Allow to thicken and add salt and cheese stirring until cheese melts.

Layer fish filets over broccoli and season with salt & pepper and lemon.
Pour sauce over top of fish.

Bake at 375º for 30 minutes
