Any amount of thawed haddock fish
1 tsp salt
1 bay leaf
1 pinch red pepper
2 Tbls white vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Cover fish with water and add all ingredients.
Cover and bring to boil; simmer about 15 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with melted butter.
