Ingredients:  
1 lbs ground beef
1 egg
cup cracker crumbs
cup finely chopped onions
2 8-oz cans tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
tsp oregano
tsp pepper
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, egg crumbs, ⅓ of crumbs, and salt/pepper.

Shape meat info flat triangles (10 inch size) on waxed paper.
Sprinkle cheese over meat and roll like jelly roll pinch ends.

Bake in shallow dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Pour remaining sauce over the rolls and bake for 15 minutes
