2 lbs turbot fillets
1 Tbs salad oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
3 Tbs milk
6 slices crumbled bacon
½ cup chopped parsley
2 cups cooked white rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fish in greased baking dish at 350º degrees until white & flakey (about 20 min)

Prepare the sauce: heat soup, add sour cream, milk, bacon and keep warm.

Place filets on white rice and cover with sauce. Heat and serve
