1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper
1/3 teaspoon Italian Seasonings
1/3 teaspoon minced garlic
2 Eggs
Onions Diced-Optional
1/2 Lb Ground Pork
Directions:

In Large Bowl Mix
Hamburger
Breadcrumbs
Parmesan Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Italian seasonings
Garlic
Eggs
Optionals
Mix by hand well
Roll into balls and brown on all sides
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 30 min @ 350 degree

May add to any Sauce in book
