4 cups vegetable broth
4 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cloves of garlic
½ teaspoon salt
½  teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine broth, potatoes, garlic, and spices. Boil on medium until potatoes are tender.
2. Smash a few of the potatoes to release their starch for thickening. Reduce to low.
3. Add cream cheese. Heat, stirring frequently, until cheese melts.
