Chili meat
Jimmy Deans sausage
-2 containers onion, chopped (1 container of white onion and 1 container sweet onion).
-1 container celery, chopped
- Wildtree natural grapeseed oil
-1/2 box of Hunts tomato sauce
-2 (8oz) cans of organic diced tomatoes with sea salt
-1 1/2 boxes Carroll Shelby's Chili Kit
- use chili spices, cayenne pepper and 1/2 of 1 salt packet from the kit
-1/2 quart Charo beans (I buy from a local restaurant, but you can make your own or use canned).


Directions:
Directions:
1) Cover pot with Grapeseed oil.
2) Sauté onions and celery
3) Add in Chili meat and 1/2 pkg of sausage. Brown meat.
4) Stir in Hunts Tomato sauce
5) Stir in Tomatoes
6) Stir in Chili Mix Spices
7) Stir in Beans
8) Simmer on Low while the spices mix for approx 20-30 min.
9) Enjoy!
