1½ cups sugar
1 egg
1 cup cooked pumpkin
2½ cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients. Spoon onto greased cookie sheets and bake at 375º for 15 minutes.
