Ingredients:
5 packages of Athens mini filo shells (15 per package at Walmart)
1 pound mild sausage
1 1/4 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Brown sausage and drain well. Mix in all other ingredients.
Spoon into shells with teaspoon and freeze in original boxes. (It's easier if you carefully peel plastic covering back, fill shells, and replace plastic covering to slide tray back into box.)

To bake, place frozen shells on cookie sheets and bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts.

These can be cooked when made, or kept in freezer to pull out and bake when you need them.

These tartlets are perfect to make and freeze, then pull out and bake when you need a quick appetizer to take somewhere. (Of course, you can bake them right away and eat too.)
