"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

Ingredients:
Ingredients:

8 oz. cream cheese (can substitute lower fat type)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
fresh fruit - strawberries, blueberries, peaches, kiwi - whatever you like is good - just have a variety

Topping (topping is optional - some like it without this topping)
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
3-4 teaspoons corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Roll sugar cookie dough out into round pizza pan. Bake according to directions on package, then allow to cool.

Mix together cream cheese, vanilla and 1/2 cup sugar. Spread mixture all over cooked sugar cookie base.

Arrange fruit on pizza - whatever design or way you want to do so.

For topping - Bring all juices, water, sugar and corn starch to a boil until thickened up. Let cool, then spread over fruit pizza. This makes a lot of topping, so can put on thin or thick, or leave off if do not want topping on pizza.
