1" butter or oil
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, smashed
6 stalks celery
1 potato, peeled and cut in small pieces
1 qt broth
bay leaves
dash of pepper,
celery powder
dill fresh
parsely
Directions:
Directions:
Sautee everything except broth. Then add broth to cover vegetables simmer. Take out bay leaves

Blend smoothly and add dill Add broth or water. Cook.
