18 Oreo cookies
¼ cup butter
¼ cup milk
30 large marshmallows
½ pint whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
sugar to taste
5 Tbsp of Creme de Menthe

Crust:
18 Oreo cookies (with middle)-roll and crush fine
¼ cup butter- melted
Mix together and press in pie pan

Filling:
¼ cup milk
30 large marshmallows
Melt together in double boiler or large sauce pan on simmer, then let cool.

Homemade whip cream:
Mix ½ pint whipping cream, vanilla and sugar to taste.

Mix in folding motion whip cream into cooled marshmallow mixture. Add 5 tablespoons of Creme de Menthe.

Complete:
Pour filling into the Oreo pie shell and refrigerate.

Eat and enjoy!
