1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mustard powder
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
6 slices bread, toasted and cut into cubes
8 ounces mild cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage in skillet. In a medium bowl, mix mustard powder, salt, eggs and milk. Add the sausage, the bread cubes and the cheese. Mix that all together and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Cover and keep in refrigerator overnight (or at least 8 hours).

Preheat oven to 350º. Bake casserole (covered), for 45 to 60 minutes. Uncover it and reduce oven temp to 325º and bake for another 20 minutes, or until it is set. Serve warm.
