3 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp oregano
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill. Brush zucchini with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides with oregano, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Grill until zucchini is tender, about 4 minutes per side.

Alternately, zucchini can be cooked in the oven under the broiler.
