1 ¼ cup powered sugar
1 cup soft butter
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp almond extract
2 ½ cups flour
½ tsp salt
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Cream powered sugar and butter in a large bowl at medium speed. Beat in egg yolks and the extracts. Add the flour and salt and mix well. Tint the dough if desired. Place the dough into a cookie press and press onto ungreased cookie sheets 2 inched apart. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until slightly brown around the edges.
