Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs sweet sausage, casings removed
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
5 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/ 1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 canisters Pillsbury pizza dough

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the sausage until browned and broken up into small chunks. Add the cheeses, garlic salt, oregano, and onion powder and stir together until the cheese is melted and sufficiently mixed. Open the pizza dough and stretch/spread it out so it completely covers a baking sheet, but without breaking it. Scoop half of the sausage mix onto the center of the dough. Spread it out lengthwise along the dough leaving room on both sides and at the ends to fold over. Fold the two sides over so that they overlap in the middle. Then fold and tuck the two ends so none of the sausage mixture falls out. Repeat with the second pizza dough and the rest of the sausage mixture. Bake at 375º for about 30 minutes or until browned. Slice into pieces at least 2 inches thick so that they don't fall apart when eating. These 2 inch thick pieces could then further be divided down the middle for more square shaped servings. Serve warm.
