Crust
1¼ cup flour
⅓ cu butter
2 Tbsp., Sugar
1 egg beaten
¼ teas. salt
1 Tbsp. water

Filling
1½ cups sour cream
¼ cup sugar
1½ teas. grated lemon or orange zest

Topping
3 cups well drained assorted fresh, frozen or canned fruit

Make Crust.

Stir flour, sugar and salt into bowl. Cut in butter until mixtures resembles fine crumbles. Add eggs and water Mix until particles are moistened. Wrap in plastic and chill. Roll or pat to fit bottom and sides of 12 inch pizza pan. Prick with fork and chill for 30 minutes. Bake 375º for 15 minutes until lightly browned.

Filling

Combine sour cream, sugar and salt. Spread over hot crust. Return to oven to set sour cream - 5 minutes.

Chill and arrange fruit on sour cream mixture. Chill until ready to serve. Cut into wedges.
