1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp crushed garlic
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1 pint fresh cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsp fresh basil, small leaves are prettiest, but chopped larger leaves also work

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium skillet with a lid, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and almonds and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and cool 15-20 minutes.
4. Add cherry tomatoes, cover and set aside.
5. Just before serving, remove cover and place over high heat. Shake skillet vigorously about 30 seconds or until heated
thoroughly. Be careful NOT to overcook.
6. Add the basil and serve immediately.
