Dressing:
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup cider vinegar
½ vegetable oil
¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Salad:
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup fresh strawberries*
1 pound bow tie pasta, cooked al dente
4 cups fresh spinach

*You can substitute dried cranberries or dried mango for the strawberries.

Directions:

Mix all dressing ingredients until well blended. In a large salad bowl, mix all salad ingredients and toss with dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste.
