5 cups diced rhubarb
1 cup crushed, drained pineapple (strawberries may be substituted)
4 cups sugar
1½ (3 oz) packages red jello

Directions:
Directions:
Cook together until very soft, about 40 minutes. Take off heat and stir in 1½ small packages red jello. Pour into jars. Can be either frozen or sealed.
