2 cups sugar
½ cup oil
2 eggs
4 cups diced apples (about 4 large or 5 to 6 small)
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine sugar, oil and eggs; add diced apples. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and soda; add to apple mixture. Pour into a 9X13-inch greased pan. Bake 1 hour in pre-heated oven at 350º.
