1 cup milk
2 eggs
¾ cup sifted flour
¼ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and beat until smooth. Chill at least 1 hour. Lightly grease and heat a 7"- 8" frying pan or crepe pan. Pour about 3T. crepe batter into pan and tilt pan quickly, rotating to spread batter evenly over bottom of pan. Cook until lightly brown and flip over. Makes 8 crepes.

You can add fruit for a filling; strawberries, apples or blueberries. Roll them up and lightly sprinkle with confectioners sugar. I put them in as a dessert, but you can also serve them for breakfast as well.
