2 green bell peppers; cut in half.

10 oz steak; cut in thin strips
1 Walla Walls sweet onion; sliced
8 oz crimini mushrooms; slice
Low fat provolone
1 tsp minced garlic
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
2 green bell peppers; cut in half. Place in baking dish with some water covering bottom of dish.
Bake 350º for 20 minutes to soften. Drain well.

Sauté garlic in olive oil add steak. Season with salt, pepper. add sliced onions and mushrooms and sauté until softened.

Place bell peppers back in the baking dish.

Place slice of provolone in each bottom of bell peppers.
Divide steak, onion, mushrooms between the peppers.
Top with another slice of provolone. Place under broiler until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

Use spatula to transfer each pepper to plates. Makes 4 servings at 363 calories each.
