1/2 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup white corn syrup
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup peanut butter
4 cups Special K or corn flakes cereal

Directions:

Combine butter, syrup and sugar in large sauce pan. Boil for 2 1/2 minutes

Remove from heat; add vanilla and peanut butter and stir until melted. Stir in cereal. Quickly drop by spoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet.
