1/2 cup milk
1 1/4 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
3/4 tsp Almond extract
1 unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Place coconut in a 2 cup measuring cup, pour milk over and set aside.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Add milk/coconut mixture and extract. Pour until UNBAKED pie crust. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
