1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 - 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup peach juice
1 chicken, cut in pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet.
Salt & pepper chicken. Cook in butter, turning to brown all over.
Combine tomato paste, soup and fruit juice; pour over chicken.
Cover & cook slowly for 30 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally.
