3 ⅓ Cups Flour
1 ½ Tsp. Baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine lukewarm milk with sugar and yeast. Let stand until yeast activates. It will become foamy and start expanding.
2. Put yeast mixture together with all other ingredients in mixer bowl. Mix well. Dough should be soft. If dough is too dry add a little milk or water. If dough is too soft add a little flour.
3. You can use dough immediately. Shape dough as you wish. Wait 15-20 minutes in warm kitchen for dough to start expanding. Put in oven to cook.
4. Put dough into a plastic bag and squeeze the air out and close the bag. Dough can still expand, so to be safe put dough bag into another bag.
5. Keeps in fridge for 3 days or you can freeze it, and when ready to use let dough thaw out.
