3- 28 oz. Cans Diced Tomatoes
1- 28 oz. Can of Tomato Sauce
2- 6 oz. Cans of Tomato Paste
1 Onion
4 Garlic Cloves
Olive Oil (To Coat Pan)
2 Tsp. Sweet Basil
1 ˝ Tsp. Oregano
˝-1 Tsp. Fennel Seed Dust
2 Tbsp. Sugar (2 Packets)
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dice onion and garlic. Sauté in olive oil. Add all cans of tomatoes and seasonings.
2. Crush Fennel Seed into Dust (snack bag and hammer) add dust to sauce.
3. Bring sauce to a boil, reduce heat, simmer and allow flavors to go through sauce. Taste and add more seasonings as necessary.

If there's room in the freezer you can double or triple this recipe for extra sauce.
I never measure I only eyeball ingredients and go by sight and taste.
