28 oz. Peeled Tomatoes
14 oz. Crushed Tomatoes
6 oz. Tomato Paste
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Onion, Diced
6 Garlic Cloves, diced
½ Cup Fresh Parsley
¼ + Cup Parmesan Cheese
Basil (Sprinkle around pot to taste)
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and Pepper (Sprinkle around pot to taste)
3-4 Tbsp. of Sugar (3-4 packets)

1. Dice Onion and Sauté in olive oil. Add Garlic cook for 1 more minute, then add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer and let flavors go through.

If there's enough space in your freezer you can always double or triple this recipe for extra sauce.
*** In General use 2 to 3 times as much fresh herbs compared to any dry herb. 1 Tsp. dry herb = 1 Tbsp. fresh and a little less for ground herbs. 1/2 Tsp. dried thyme= 1 sprig fresh thyme.
