¾ Cup Butter, Softened
8 oz. Cream Cheese, Soft
2 Cups Sugar
2 Large Eggs
3 Cups Flour
½ Tsp. Salt
½ Tsp. Baking Soda
½ Tsp. Baking Powder
1 ½ Cups Mashed Banana (4 Medium)
½ Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
¾ Cup Raisins (Soak in hot water till softened)
Cinnamon and Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat butter and cream cheese then add the sugar. Then add eggs one at a time.
2. Whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
3. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture one cup at a time.
4. Add bananas, mix till combined. Stir in walnuts and raisins.
5. Grease 2 bread pans. Then coat them with cinnamon and sugar. Pour mixture into pans
6. Bake for 1 hour at 350º. (or knife inserted comes out clean).
7. If it starts to become brown too soon, cover loosely with foil. Cool for 10 minutes in pan.
