Round steak- sliced in thin strips

Put ½ strip bacon on top of beef strip. Roll meat with bacon inside and secure with toothpick. Brown in oil. Cover with water. Slice a medium onion and add to water. Simmer with pot covered. Cook for two hours. Take meat out. Combine cornstarch with w and bring to boil to thicken the gravy. ater until mixed thoroughly. Add to pot and bring to boil to thicken the gravy. Serve with mashed potatoes.
