3-4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
2-3 scallions, white and green parts chopped
1/2 - 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1-2 tablespoons Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning (to your taste)
Italian or French bread, sliced and lightly toasted (or whatever crackers or crustini you prefer)

Directions:
Pour the olive oil on a plate or platter. Spread the tomatoes, onions and cheese on top of the olive oil. Give it a toss with a fork so that they are all coated with the olive oil. Sprinkle the Greek seasoning on top, according to your taste. Serve with bread or crackers.
