Paprika Chicken Recipe

3 pound chicken cut up
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 Tbls paprika
2 Tbls oil
2 green peppers - sliced into rings
2 tomatoes - quartered
˝ cup water
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbls flour
Cooked Egg Noodles

In large pan on range top brown chicken in fat. Add onion and sauté until tender.
Add paprika, garlic and water.

Arrange green pepper rings and quartered tomatoes on top
Cover and simmer 1 hour or until tender.
Mix flour into a paste with a little sour cream
Add remaining sour cream and pour over chicken

Bring to a boiling point. Remove from heat.
Serve over egg noodles.
