1 lb ground beef
1½ cups chopped onion
1½ cups milk
¾ cups Bisquick mix
3 eggs
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 tomatoes (sliced)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

Cook and stir beef and onion until brown; spread into greased pie pan.
Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt & pepper until smooth.

Pour into pan over meat in pie pan.
Bake 25 or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Remove from oven, top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese

Bake another 5-8 min or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes and Serve.
