Grease-less Musaka Recipe

1 lb ground beef
1 medium eggplant (peeled)
2 large onions (chopped)
2 large potatoes (peeled/sliced thinly)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
3 eggs
1 small can tomatoes (drained)
1 Tbs heavy cream

Saute onion & garlic with salt & pepper. Add meat and cook until half done.
Lightly brown potatoes on both sides.
Dredge eggplant and fry on both sides until lightly brown
Beat eggs and mix in cream.

Layer contents in casserole dish:
- Meat on bottom, then eggplant, potatoes, egg mixture.
- Continue to layer until all is used.
- Pour rest of egg mixture and the tomatoes on top.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
