Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
½ lb pork, chicken & beef (each cut into slivered sizes)
1 medium onion
6-8 carrots
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 package frozen chopped spinach (defrosted)
1-2 Tbls parsley
1 box vermicelli noodles
cooking oil for Wok or skillet

Sauce Ingredients:
½ cup soy sauce
4 Tbls sesame oil
6 Tbls sugar
2-3 tsp lemon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meats in cooking oil in wok. Set aside.

Cook vegetables and mix the meat back in.

Cook vermicelli and add to meat and vegetables.

Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over meat/veg/noodle mixture.
Stir until hot. Serve.
