Veal / Chicken Parmesan Recipe

1 lb veal steak or 6 boneless chicken breasts
1 egg
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
⅓ cup bread crumbs
cup salad/olive oil

Cut veal into 6 pieces or wash chicken. Sprinkle w/salt & pepper.
Beat egg. Dip veal or chicken into egg. Roll veal or chicken into mixture of cheese and crumbs.

Brown meat in skillet until browned on all sides
Lay meat in shallow baking pan.
Cover with slice of mozzarella cheese on each piece.

Cover with spaghetti sauce

Cover baking dish and bake 350 for 45 minutes.

Serve with spaghetti, egg noodles, or rice.
