4 pound Pork Rib Roast
Olive oil
3 garlic cloves (Minced)
Rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Rub entire roast with olive oil, garlic & rosemary
Place roast in oven safe dish with the bones up

Cook 15 minutes at 450º then reduce heat to 350º.

Cook 75-90 min or until a meat thermometer reaches 145 degrees.

Let rest 5 min, slice & serve
